2009 ADDY AWARDS

One of the biggest events organized by the Advertising Association of Baltimore (AAB) is the ADDY Awards. For over 30 years, the AAB has worked with members, volunteers, local businesses, area colleges and universities, media outlets and sponsors to celebrate the best creative work coming out of Baltimore.

This local competition is the first of a three-step process. Winners from the local competition go on to the District Two competition. At the District level, your work competes against agencies from Washington D.C. to New York. Winning at the District level guarantees your work moves on to the National Addy Competition. The process culminates with a presentation of national winners during the American Advertising Federation Annual Convention.

For members, it’s a great chance to measure your work against the best creative in town. For students, it’s a great chance to meet and network amongst the advertising, marketing and communications industries. For affiliate members, it’s a great sponsorship opportunity. There is something for everyone in this event.
